Updated AYSO Response to Covid-19 Outbreak
March 19, 2020

Dear Parents and Players,

We hope this email finds you well and we thank you for your patience as we continue to monitor this ever-evolving situation. As we announced earlier, all current AYSO activities are and will remain postponed until further notice. We are in contact with the AYSO Office and National Board of Directors as well as our local Public Health office to monitor the developing updates and determine our next course of action. However, as we determine the next steps for our Spring season, we are excited to announce that our Fall registration (is/or will be open) for you.

We understand that this has created a great amount of uncertainty, but please know that as eager as we are to get back on the field, we want to take the responsible steps to help stem the spread of Coronavirus and protect the most vulnerable.

Even though we can’t be on the field together, doesn’t mean we can’t stay active. Visit the AYSO website here for a list of activities and ideas to keep your entire family active, engaged and positive during this time. Make sure to follow the AYSO National social media pages for some interactive challenges, videos and helpful resources. You can keep updated on information from the CDC as well as links to State and Local Health Departments by visiting: https://www.aysovolunteers.org/coronavirus-update-and-prevention-tips/.

Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. Visit our website (insert link) and follow our social media to stay updated. Thank you for your patience and being a valued member of our AYSO community!

Sincerely, Your AYSO Region XX Board
