Team Tournament Entry Guide

Team names must be in the following format:  R(Region #) Area Age Bracket, i.e., Area 2C 14UB team from Concord 305 would be R305 2C 14B Hot Shots. This can only be done when the team is deactivated. Once completed, reactivate the team to complete the registration.

Team Check-In

  • Teams are required to check-in on both Saturday and Sunday and all coaches and all players must be present. Plan to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to first game each day for team check-in.

  • ID cards for coaches and players will be required this year. They can be printed from the Association Platform.

  • A tournament roster from the Association Platform must accompany the team to the tournament and be presented at the tournament booth prior to the team’s first game on Saturday. Official Tournament Rosters can be printed from the Association platform and must include jersey numbers; Association Platform Printing Instructions.

  •  Coaches must provide PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT AND PLAYER MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS which includes an e-signature from the Association platform for verification by tournament officials prior to first game on Saturday. During the rest of the tournament, Coaches must have the PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT AND PLAYER MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS with them at all times and be ready for presentation to Tournament Officials (see rules 11B).

  • Team check-in 14U is performed at Port Royal see the  Port Royal Map for exact field and check in location.
  • Team check-in 10U and 12U is performed at  Sea Cloud Park, see the Sea Cloud Map for exact field and check in location.
  • Game cards will be provided by the Tournament Staff, but please bring 4 completed cards in case there are any last-minute changes in the game schedule. Team roster in jersey number order must be entered into Section 2 Tournament portal no later than December 10, 2025.
  • Late arriving players must be escorted to the check-in station by a team official along with their PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT AND PLAYER MEDICAL RELEASE FORM and be cleared by the Tournament Staff before participating in any games.
