Team Tournament Entry Guide
Team Check-In
Teams are required to check-in on both Saturday and Sunday and all coaches and all players must be present. Plan to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to first game each day for team check-in.
A tournament roster from the Association Platform or one signed by the Regional Commissioner must be emailed to tournament staff AND accompany the team to the tournament and be presented at the tournament booth prior to the team’s first game on Saturday. Official Tournament Rosters can be printed from the Association platform; Association Platform Printing Instructions.
Coaches must provide PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT AND PLAYER MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS which includes an e-signature (from the Association platform) for verification by tournament officials prior to first game on Saturday. During the rest of the tournament, Coaches must have the PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT AND PLAYER MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS with them at all times and be ready for presentation to Tournament Officials (see rules 11B.
Coaches must provide laminated player ID cards approved by their Area Director along with one for each coach which shows their highest level of certification (see rules, 6F and 11B). Coaches are also required to wear an ID badge on a lanyard while on the field.
Laminated ID cards must be held together by a metal ring or zip-tie (no single sheets). ID cards can be printed through the Association Platform (only if team has been activated) site Printing Player ID Cards. Teams may also create the player ID cards, which are required for the tournament, on our printing tournament player passes page.
- Team check-in 10U is performed at Port Royal Park see the Port Royal Field Map for exact field and check in location.
- Team check-in 12U and 14U is performed at Sea Cloud Park, see the Sea Cloud Field Map for exact field and check in location.
- Game cards will be provided by the Tournament Staff, but please bring 4 completed cards in case there are any last-minute changes in the game schedule. Team roster in jersey number order must be entered into Section 2 Tournament portal by RC or AD no later than December 6, 2022.
- Late arriving players must be escorted to the check-in station by a team official along with their PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT AND PLAYER MEDICAL RELEASE FORM and be cleared by the Tournament Staff before participating in any games.
